Seeking to find a better way to engineer gene circuit, we have started in 2011 to look at potential genome editing possibilities called CRISPR. The field moved REALLY fast since then. Now, aiming to utilize the power of CRISPR based genome editing techniques to speed up gene circuit construction, we have also developed some methods and are continuing to do so.
